    About your free quote

    What should I send if I do not have a floor plan?

    A photo of the evacuation plan on the wall, a sketch on paper with the wall lengths written on it, or a few phone photos taken from each corner of the room all work. Mark doors, windows, pillars, DB boxes and anything fixed to the floor. Our guide to planning a commercial racking layout lists exactly what to measure.

    Is the quote really free and without obligation?

    Yes. The layout plan and the quotation cost nothing, and you are under no obligation to order. Quotations stay valid for 30 days.

    How soon will I hear back?

    Within one working day for most rooms — usually by WhatsApp, with the layout and quotation by email. Large warehouses or multi-site projects may take a little longer, and we will tell you when to expect it.

    What file types can I upload?

    JPG, PNG and HEIC photos, PDF drawings and DWG CAD files, up to 5 files of 8MB each. Larger drawings can be sent on WhatsApp after you submit — just quote your reference number.

    I already know which racks I want. Do I still need a quote?

    No — go straight to the Order Now form, pick your sizes and shelf count, and we will confirm the total including delivery and installation. You can compare sizes first on the warehouse rack and boltless rack pages.
