    About ordering

    Do I pay online when I place an order?

    No. There is no online payment on this website. We check stock, confirm delivery and installation charges for your site, and send you the final total. You pay by PayNow or bank transfer only after you have approved it. Details are in our terms and conditions.

    Why is delivery not included in the estimate?

    Commercial deliveries differ a lot: a ground-floor shop with roller shutter access is quicker than a mall unit that needs a night permit or a high-rise office with a booked goods lift. We price delivery and installation for your actual site rather than charge everyone the same. See the delivery and shipping policy.

    Can I change the number of shelves on each rack?

    Yes. Every rack in the order can have 2 to 6 shelf levels — choose in the basket after adding it. Extra shelves can also be added to the same uprights later.

    What if I am not sure which size fits?

    Send a floor plan through the free quote form instead, and we will recommend the sizes. You can also compare dimensions on the warehouse rack and boltless rack pages.

    How soon can my order be delivered?

    Standard sizes are normally in stock. Choose a preferred weekday at least two working days ahead; we confirm the actual slot with you along with the final total.
