Racks & load ratings

What is the difference between your two racks?

The warehouse rack is medium duty: 400kg per level, 200 or 245cm spans, 60cm deep, blue and orange. The boltless rack is light-to-medium duty: 200kg per level, 100–140cm long, 40–60cm deep, white. Choose by the weight on each shelf and the depth of your room.

What does "400kg per level" mean?

It is the maximum evenly-spread load one shelf level can carry. A bay with four levels can carry four times that, provided the load is spread out and the heaviest items sit low. Read load capacity explained for worked examples.

Can I mix rack sizes in one room?

Yes, and we often do — deep warehouse bays on one wall for cartons, shallow boltless bays on another for small parts. Each bay is freestanding.

Do you sell pallet racking?

No. We specialise in hand-loaded boltless shelving. If your project needs forklift pallet racking, we will tell you so when we review your floor plan.

Planning & quotations

What do you need from me to plan the layout?

A floor plan or sketch with measurements, the ceiling height, the position of doors, windows, pillars and DB boxes, and a description of what you store. Photos from each corner help a lot.

How long is a quotation valid?

30 days from the date it is issued.

Can you plan multiple sites at once?

Yes. Send each floor plan with the outlet name and we will quote them together, so every site gets the same rack standard.

Is the planning service really free?

Yes, with no obligation to buy.

Ordering & payment

Can I pay online?

No. There is no online payment or shopping cart on this website. We confirm your total first, then you pay by PayNow or bank transfer.

When do I pay?

After you approve the confirmed total. For larger projects a deposit may be requested to reserve stock and the installation slot; it will be stated on the quotation.

Do you issue tax invoices?

We issue an invoice for every order, made out to your company. Our terms and conditions set out pricing and payment in full.

Delivery & installation

Do you deliver island-wide?

Yes, Monday to Friday, with after-hours installation available by arrangement.

Who books the loading bay or goods lift?

Usually you, as the tenant — building management will only take bookings from occupants. Tell us the slot and we will arrive on time. See the delivery policy.

How long does installation take?

A typical store room is done in a few hours; large warehouse runs may take a day or be phased.
