Who we are
This website, sgracking.com, is operated by SG Racking ("we", "us"), 1092 Lower Delta Road, #06-10, Singapore 169203. We are responsible for the personal data described in this policy.
What we collect
- Contact details — name, company, UEN, mobile number and email address.
- Project details — site address, floor plans, drawings, photos and descriptions you upload or type.
- Order details — racks ordered, delivery date and access information.
- Technical data — your IP address is used briefly to limit form abuse; we store only a one-way hashed form of it with your submission.
How we use it
- to reply to your enquiry, plan your layout and prepare a quotation;
- to confirm, deliver, install and invoice your order;
- to handle warranty claims and returns;
- to keep the website secure and prevent spam.
We do not use your data for marketing unless you ask us to, and we never sell it.
Cookies
We do not use advertising, tracking or analytics cookies. The quote and order pages set one strictly necessary session cookie that protects the forms from forged submissions; it is deleted when you close your browser. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address to serve them. The map on our contact page is provided by Google Maps and is subject to Google's privacy policy.
Who we share it with
Only service providers that help us operate — our web and email hosting provider, and delivery staff who need your address and contact number. They may only use your data to provide that service.
How we protect it
The website is served over an encrypted connection. Form submissions and uploaded files are stored outside the public web folder, are never reachable by a web address, and are accessible only to our staff. Uploaded files are checked by type before they are accepted.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not lead to an order are deleted after two years. Order records are kept for as long as accounting and tax law require.
Your rights
You may ask to access or correct the personal data we hold about you, or withdraw your consent to its use. Contact our Data Protection Officer at hello@sgracking.com. We will respond within 30 days.

What personal data do you collect through the forms?
Do you use tracking or advertising cookies?
No. This website sets no advertising or analytics cookies. A strictly necessary session cookie is used only on the form pages, to protect them from forged submissions.
Do you sell or share my data?
No. We never sell personal data. We only share it with service providers that help us fulfil your order, such as our email host.
How long do you keep my floor plans?
As long as needed to quote, fulfil and support your order — usually no more than two years after the last contact, unless the law requires longer for accounting records.
How do I ask for my data to be deleted?
